Celebrating Mothers + Care Takers
A Workshop Dedicated to the Women in our Lives
No human would be born without women. On the day before Mother's Day is officially celebrated and recognized, I invite you to honor the feminine energy inside of yourself.
As we embark on a practice to honor the Mother energy of Mother Earth, sustaining, nourishing, and renewing us, we will also honor the feminine energies of care takers, guardians, mothers, aunts, and all women who have significantly impacted our lives.
Want to practice with your mom, aunt, guardian or simply honor a significant woman in your life -- past or present--- then come to this empowering and uplifting practice.
The divine feminine in me honors the divine feminine in you!

No Mud, No Lotus
A Summer Solstice Workshop to ignite our FIRE
SUMMER ignites our heat, our fire, our internal Passion
This workshop invites us to renew our seeds of intention planted from our Winter Solstice Workshop, and BURN anything that has been holding us back.
This fiery practice will ignite the agni within and align us for the next 6 months of the year. Take the action of what you want to create in life into our own hands.
The introduction of kriyas and visualization techniques will then be introduced, as we shift into preparing the body to balance the nervous system. As we take a series of postures to release and open the energetic pathways of the nervous system, your entire being will start to become embedded with limitless unbound potential.
We'll invite spaciousness into our hearts and light into our physical body as we move forward into the rebirth of this season. This ritual of intention setting (Sankalpa) is an ancient tradition. We'll connect inward to our pure conscious divine intelligence with a 90 minute energizing, yet grounding flow.

I was astonished by the breadth and depth of Nikki’s knowledge, her unique blend of rigorous training, intellectualism and seriousness mixed with her wide-open heart, playfulness, and charisma.
In the three-session workshop exploring concepts of femininity that I recently participated in, we covered a surprising amount of ground: we all found ourselves contemplating seemingly well-worn topics from entirely new angles, probing depths within ourselves we hadn’t yet—or not yet quite in that way.
Nikki’s sincerity, ebullience, and passion translate well over the cyber waves and she’s just plain fun to be around/in the presence of. In short: if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend you take advantage of any of Nikki’s offerings because she’s the real deal!
She’s done “the work,” and she’ll help you do yours.

I came into this new moon with so much "fracturing", as Nikki puts it. I felt overwhelmed, like everything on my to-do list was equally pressing and of do-or-die importance and that none of it amounted to a sense of purpose in the world. I felt like I was keeping my head afloat and staying productive, but that I'd lost my way in a more holistic sense.
Nikki reminded me that "it's all one", that we are not the sum total of what we do or the different roles we play, but we are instead everything that ever was or has been. We ARE, and that that is enough, because it is everything. We did some beautiful visualization, mudras, bija mantras, and asana to clear each chakra and draw our kundalini energy upward from the root. I felt a sense of immediate calm and peace after the workshop, but over the weekend I noticed something really subtle and wonderful: I had more of a sense of curiosity and play about that long to-do list. I had perspective, a sense that the quality of my work on any one project could never violate my overall sense of capability and purpose.
Everything felt a little less important in the best way, because I had been reminded on a cellular level of what is most important. I didn't have to manipulate myself into having calm or ease or perspective, I just noticed that I HAD it bubbling up in me for the first time in months (and in the case of some projects, for the first time EVER). This week I start a new job, and normally I would be filled with anxiety and an imposter's need to over-prepare, and instead I feel excited and glad to start this job because I know, my body itself knows, I will be ENOUGH.
Thank you so much again for your love and light!
Until the next one,
- Summer B. -
